Gather your friends and fight as heroes or villains, as adventurers or mercenaries, swing, jump or fly across the scattered remains of a destroyed earth, eliminate the enemy team and destroy their base. Skyward Masters is an online multiplayer action game about team-battles in a fun environment of floating islands. In the traditional gamemode, teams must fight each other, build defensive positions, and gather resources to get bigger guns, while trying to take control over the islands and defeating the opponents by destroying the Respawner.
Choose a character, fortify and protect your base, gather resources to build around the map, fight NPCs while destroying the enemy teams. Get competitive and eliminate the enemy’s spawner to prevent them from
respawning into the battle.
Game ELEMENTS
With fast–paced and agile movement abilities
eliminate your enemies with a number of different weapons!
ACTION
With several melee and ranged weapons, destroy your enemies from afar or up close, while surviving the enemy assault.
STRATEGY
Fortify your base and take a defensive approach. If action is more your style, upgrade your weapons and seek out the enemy on their home turf.
SANDBOX
Gather resources and build bridges to get a better vantage point or build towers and bunkers to fortify your position.
choose your role
The available characters are divided into four different roles. Pick the role that suits your playstyle best or be a teamplayer and select a role your team is lacking. The possibilities are endless!
protect your respawner
Your respawner is your only lifeline. When you die, you return here, but it is also the primary target of your enemies. Defend it well and destroy your opponent’s respawner.
find and gather resources
COMMON
Resources used for simple structures. Common and found in several different locations around the map.
UNCOMMON
Rare materials is used for reinforced structures and certain abilities and powerups.
RARE
Powerful resource required for the most powerful weapons and upgrades. Dropped by the mobs lurking around.
gear up for battle
MELEE
Use several different types of melee weapons to get the upper hand in close–quarters combat.
RANGED
Take down your enemies from afar with a number of different ranged weapons.
UTILTIES
Enchance your gameplay and strengthen your strategy by using utilities such as traps, potions, enchants and grappling hooks or jetpacks to increase mobility.

Each island brings an unique feature to the gameplay. To explore the unknown you must seek adventures by gathering resources to build a path for you and your team. Once you gathered more valuable resources you can trade them for grappling hooks and jetpack to ease your movement.
wild creatures awaits you
Among your journey you will enconter ancient creatures who has been captured in the Skies for an eternity. They appear to be very aggresive as you entruded their island, so you better be careful out there, Master.
the last alive conquers the skies
The ultimate goal is the be the last standing individual or team to conquer the Skies. You might have gotten your respawner destroyed earlier in the game, but if you manage to keep yourself alive you are still in the position to win the game. Therefor, never lose the hope of conquering the Skies, Master
